- Once you have accepted the offer of accommodation, you are irrevocably agreeing to our terms and conditions that the full amount is payable.
- No refunds will be made in the case of a cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival – or a non-arrival – or a late arrival – or early departure – unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Suites are subject to availability.
- Rates are quoted on a per person per night basis.
- Rates are quoted on a Bed and Breakfast basis, unless otherwise stated.
- Check in is between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. Earlier or later arrivals may be requested.
- Check out is 10.30am, unless with prior arrangement.
- All our suites are non-smoking. Seating and ashtrays are provided outside each suite on the undercover verandah.
- The swimming pool is unfenced. Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
- All facilities used are at the sole risk of the guests.
